Reflexology is the physical act of applying pressure to the feet, hands, ears, and face with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques.
A deeply relaxing session will revitalize and quicken the robust circulation of physiologic energy systems. By inducing relaxation and reducing stress, Reflexology promotes the optimal conditions for organic physical and emotional healing to occur. It is a balm that soothes tired feet and weary spirits.
